Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Driver Recruiter. The Driver Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring drivers. The role also involves ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, working on driver retention strategies, and maintaining effective communication with potential and current drivers. The recruiter will also provide excellent customer service to drivers and clients.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT Regulations and Hiring processes
• Experience in Driver Retention strategies and Communication skills
• Strong Customer Service abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Experience in the trucking or logistics industry is a must
