Club Feast is a fast-growing food-tech startup backed by General Catalyst, helping companies simplify and elevate their corporate meal experience. As we expand into new cities, building and maintaining a reliable driver and Brand Ambassador (BA) network is critical to our operations.
About the Role
This is a hands-on operations role focused on driver and BA recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day supply management.
You'll be responsible for ensuring we have enough reliable drivers across multiple markets by actively recruiting, onboarding, and engaging drivers. This role works closely with Operations and is ideal for someone with experience supporting delivery platforms, fleets, or field teams.
This is not a passive HR role it's execution-heavy and operations-driven.
What You'll Do
- Recruit and onboard drivers and Brand Ambassadors across multiple markets
- Maintain a steady pipeline of active and reliable drivers
- Screen drivers for availability, reliability, and operational fit
- Coordinate documentation, onboarding, and activation
- Track driver availability and coverage by market
- Flag gaps in supply and proactively recruit ahead of demand
- Support driver engagement and retention initiatives
- Work closely with Ops to ensure smooth daily coverage
- Keep basic records and trackers updated
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting drivers, couriers, riders, or field teams
- Background in operations, logistics, fleet, or marketplace roles
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- Comfortable managing high-volume, frontline workforces
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with delivery platforms (food, logistics, rideshare, etc.)
- Exposure to onboarding or compliance workflows
- Experience supporting multi-city operations
