Job Description

  • Develop and execute driver engagement and retention strategies to maintain a strong and active driver base
  • Design and manage incentive programs, campaigns, and communications to drive driver activity and performance
  • Analyze driver behavior and performance data to identify gaps and opportunities (activation, churn, productivity)
  • Lead onboarding, reactivation, and lifecycle management initiatives for drivers
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Marketing to improve driver experience and platform usability
  • Manage and mentor engagement team members to ensure effective execution
  • Gather driver feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • 4â€7+ years in operations, engagement, or lifecycle management roles
  • Experience managing teams and executing large-scale initiatives
  • Background in logistics, transportation, e-commerce, or gig-platform environments preferred
  • Skills
  • Strong data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets SQL is a plus)
  • Experience in campaign management, incentives design, or lifecycle marketing
  • Strong problem-solving and execution skills in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Highly organized and results-driven
  • Comfortable working in a startup setting with evolving processes
