Passenger Transportation

Safely transport passengers to their destinations while adhering to traffic laws, company policies, and established routes.
Provide a professional, courteous, and customer-focused experience for all passengers.
Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and other reasonable needs when necessary.
Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off while maintaining a high level of service quality.

Vehicle Operations

Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
Report vehicle defects, accidents, or maintenance issues immediately.
Ensure proper charging of the vehicle based on operational requirements.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate with Fleet Maintenance as needed.

Safety & Compliance

Strictly comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and transportation regulations.
Practice defensive driving techniques to ensure passenger and public safety.
Ensure passengers comply with safety requirements during the trip.
Maintain a valid driver's license and all required certifications at all times.
Report accidents, incidents, or traffic violations promptly following company procedures.
