Job Description

  • Support rider acquisition and onboarding initiatives across both online and offline channels.
  • Review, screen, and qualify rider applications to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with field recruiters and assist in organizing and executing physical onboarding sessions.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain SOPs, as well as rider training and education materials.
  • Coordinate with LGUs and external partners to support rider acquisition activities, including caravans and local partnerships.
  • Assist in resolving rider onboarding and training-related concerns, and coordinate with internal teams for timely escalation and resolution.
  • Track, analyze, and report acquisition and rider performance data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
  • 13 years of experience in operations, acquisition, recruitment, or analytical support roles
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking funnels, metrics, and performance data (Excel/Google Sheets; dashboards a plus)
  • Experience coordinating with field teams or external partners (e.g., recruiters, vendors, drivers, LGUs)
  • Has experience with Events Management
  • Good documentation skills; able to create and maintain SOPs and process guides
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
