As a Driver, you will be responsible for driving and operating company vehicles safely while maintaining them efficiently and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Admin Supervisor and Motorpool Engineer to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Safe Transportation: Safely transport personnel, tools, equipment, materials, and supplies to and from designated destinations while strictly observing traffic rules and practicing defensive driving.
- Vehicle Maintenance & Care: Maintain the cleanliness of assigned vehicles, perform daily BLOWBAGS checks (Battery, Light, Oil, Water, Brake, Air, Gas, Self), and adhere to the monthly Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS).
- Reporting & Documentation: Fill out daily vehicle safety checklists, record odometer readings in logbooks, and immediately report any vehicle malfunctions or abnormalities for proper action.
- Administrative Support: Assist in vehicle dispatching, processing of payments, and DTR encoding as required by the immediate superior.

- Is Highly Reliable: Able to maintain consistent vehicle efficiency and cleanliness without constant supervision.
- Is Proactive in Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying vehicle abnormalities and assisting in basic mechanical repairs when needed.
- Maintains Integrity & Confidentiality: Protects company information assets and ensures the confidentiality of private or sensitive data encountered during the course of work.
What You Will Need:
Education & Experience:
- Education: At least a graduate of a 6-month Vocational Course, preferably in Automechanic.
- Experience: At least three (3) years of professional driving experience.
- License Required: Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License (Category 2 & 3).
Technical / Functional Skills:
- Basic Mechanics: Proficiency in basic mechanic works and vehicle troubleshooting.
- Navigation: Extensive knowledge of directions and routes within Manila.
