  • Community Leadership & Engagement
  • Empower and support the community structure and its designated leaders
  • Align operations with company policies, programs, and performance targets
  • Act as the primary liaison between management and the community to ensure operational synergy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree of any related course
  • 3+ years experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
  • Computer literate, experience in google sheets, docs and forms
  • Good Communication Skills, computer literate, experience in google sheets, docs and forms
  • Willing to work beyond his regular working hours if necessary, can perform other department processes with less supervision
