  • Dealer Recruitment
  • Implements effective strategies to attract potential dealers through various channels.
  • Implements recruitment-related Intentional Activities (IAs) according to set schedule and guidelines.
  • Presents PCDSI's business model, products, and opportunities to potential dealers compellingly and persuasively.
  • Relationship Management
  • Builds and maintains strong, lifelong relationships with dealers based on trust and mutual respect.
  • Provides personalized support and assistance to existing dealers, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively engages with dealers to develop a deep understanding of their personal and business goals, challenges, and opportunities, and provide tailored solutions to support their success.
  • Implements relationship management-related Intentional Activities (IAs), such as
  • Heart-to-Heart, Progression Meetings, Appreciation Meetings, and Weekend activities, according to set schedules and guidelines.
  • Dealer Onboarding and Training
  • Facilitates the onboarding process for new dealers and guides them through the necessary steps to becoming a Great Life Leader.
  • Provides comprehensive training and support to new dealers, including product training and direct selling techniques, to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to develop and deliver onboarding materials, resources, and tools to streamline the process and facilitate a smooth transition for new dealers.
  • New Dealer Engagement
  • New Dealer Engagement
  • Addresses questions and concerns of potential and new dealers effectively.
  • Facilitates the endorsement and smooth transition of new dealers to the Dreams Fulfillment Officer Heart-to-Heart to support relationship-building initiatives.
  • New Dealer Performance Monitoring and Analysis
  • Analyzes data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth and works collaboratively with new dealers to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Coaching and Training
  • Coaches existing dealers on dealer group management, dealership progression and achievement of set personal vision and goals through Heart-to-Heart discussions.
  • Provides comprehensive training to existing dealers on product features, sales techniques, and effective marketing strategies to enhance their direct selling skills
  • and drive sales growth.
  • Conducts regular training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions with dealers to reinforce key concepts and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Collaborates with the Center of Excellence to develop training materials, tools, and resources tailored to the needs of dealers.
  • Dealer Performance Monitoring and Analysis
  • Works closely with dealers to develop and implement effective direct selling plans and strategies to maximize opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitors and analyzes dealer performance metrics, providing feedback and guidance to help dealers optimize their revenue and overcome challenges.
  • Sales Target Achievement, Analysis, and Reporting
  • Drives and monitors branch sales through effective dealer recruitment efforts (e.g.barangayan, Branch and Great Life Executive Recruitment Party, and Grand Recruitment Day.)
  • Tracks KPIs regularly and takes corrective actions as needed to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepares regular reports and updates on recruitment activities, progress, and outcomes.
  • Coaches existing dealers on dealer group management, dealership progression, and achievement of set personal vision and goals through Heart-to-Heart discussions.
  • Provides comprehensive training to existing dealers on product features, sales techniques, and effective marketing strategies to enhance their direct selling skills

and drive sales growth.

  • Conducts regular training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions with dealers to reinforce key concepts and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Collaborates with the Center of Excellence to develop training materials, tools, and resources tailored to the needs of dealers.
  • Generates branch sales through effective relationship management efforts.
  • Implements strategies to increase dealer income and facilitate the progression of dealers.
