This position is primarily responsible for the recruitment, and onboarding of new dealers,maintaining and enhancing the relationships with the existing network of dealers of Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc (PCDSI). The primary objectives of this role are to expand the dealer network, ensure dealer satisfaction, foster loyalty among dealers, and drive sales growth.
- Implements effective strategies to attract potential dealers through various channels.
- Implements recruitment-related Intentional Activities (IAs) according to set schedule and guidelines.
- Presents PCDSI's business model, products, and opportunities to potential dealers compellingly and persuasively.
- Relationship Management
- Builds and maintains strong, lifelong relationships with dealers based on trust and mutual respect.
- Provides personalized support and assistance to existing dealers, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively engages with dealers to develop a deep understanding of their personal and business goals, challenges, and opportunities, and provide tailored solutions to support their success.

- Dealer Onboarding and Training
- Facilitates the onboarding process for new dealers and guides them through the necessary steps to becoming a Great Life Leader.
- Provides comprehensive training and support to new dealers, including product training and direct selling techniques, to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed.
- Collaborates with internal teams to develop and deliver onboarding materials, resources, and tools to streamline the process and facilitate a smooth transition for new dealers.
