Draftsman

Job Purpose/Summary:

To produce technical drawings under supervision of the design engineer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To check that design information provided by the Design Engineer are coherent and sufficient.

2. To produce shop drawings/construction details as per these information.

3. To ensure on time submission as per the program defined by the Design Engineer

4. To maintain proper record of submitted/approved/As-Built drawings under guidance of the Design Engineer.

5. To assist the Design Engineer in the preparation of design submittals.

6. To prepare take-off when required

7. To produce As-Built Drawings

8. To maintain and save copies of documents as per the Design-Engineering procedure.

Qualifications:

• Must be a college graduate or has completed a vocation drafting course
• Drafting and modeling
• Must have solid experience in preparation of engineering and shop drawings & BIM modelling
• With 1 year experience in AUTOCAD/ Revit experience for structural
• 2D and 3D drafting experience is must
• Be able to do presentation drawings & documents control
• Have knowledge in Sketch-up
