Job Description
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture or Engineering course
At least one to two years work experience
Proficient in AutoCAD software, Microsoft Office
Knowledgeable in modelling using Revit
Excellent in drafting and detailing
Good in verbal and written communications skills
Can work under pressure
Trainable and pro-active
Competitive in achieving high quality output

Responsibilities
Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models based on design inputs and specifications
Interpret sketches, calculations, and technical markups from engineers and designers
Maintain drawing accuracy, scale, dimensions, and annotation standards across all deliverables
Revise models and drawings according to internal reviews, client comments, and project updates
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve design clashes or inconsistencies
Organize project files, templates, and documentation according to company standards
Prepare layouts, sections, elevations, and detail views for technical submissions
Support quantity takeoffs, material references, and model-based documentation when required
