Job Description

Main Purpose Of Post

A Documentation Staff is one responsible for maintenance of company registration documents. Monitor all applications with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Bureau of Internal Revenue.

Key Unit Accountabilities

  • Responsible in preparation and application for company registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
  • Responsible in preparation and filing on the post registration reportorial requirements with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
  • Maintain up to date status of the Licensing SEC Monitoring on the registration and other services of the department.
  • Ensure compliance with the requirements throughout the cycle.
  • Responsible in coordinating and preparation of requirements for BIR Tax Identification Number and Card application with the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
  • Provide client support on admin related matters.
  • Responsible in preparation, application and monitoring for Transfer of Shares with the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
  • High adaptability and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Order office supplies
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail and other means of communication.

Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year course

At least one (1) to three (3) years experience with company registration with the SEC and BIR registrations.

Average communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

Willing to be trained in registration, licensing and accreditation processing

Must be presentable and willing to do fieldwork
