Role Description The Documentation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati, responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining accurate documentation related to travel services, internal processes, and client accounts. This role involves preparing and updating standard operating procedures, service guides, and technical documents to support both front-line and back-office teams. The Documentation Specialist reviews existing records for completeness and consistency, ensures compliance with internal standards and external requirements, and collaborates with subject matter experts to clarify details. Daily tasks include editing and formatting documents, managing document repositories, tracking revisions, and responding to documentation requests from colleagues and management. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps in documentation and recommending updates or new materials.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Documentation and Technical Documentation, with the ability to create clear, structured, and user-friendly materials.
- Candidates should possess experience in Clinical Documentation where applicable, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant standards and guidelines.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Technical Writing, including the ability to translate complex information into straightforward content for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, identify inconsistencies, and improve the quality and reliability of documentation.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience with document management systems, version control, and basic office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets) is beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in Communications, Technical Writing, Information Management, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in documentation or administrative roles.
