Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Documentation Specialist located in Manila. The role involves managing and preparing accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining detailed records. Daily tasks include creating and refining technical and clinical documentation, analyzing records for accuracy and completeness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with general Documentation processes
• Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing and managing records
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a team in an on-site environment
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software
• Knowledge of logistics, customs, or supply chain processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
