Job Description

Role Description:

Leads and oversees the end-to-end healthcare documentation deployment process, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant documentation and smooth onboarding. Manages team operations, performance, and quality while coordinating with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. Drives process improvements, risk mitigation, and employee development to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years and above of experience in Healthcare BPO, healthcare documentation, or healthcare deployment operations.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of documentation processes and healthcare compliance standards.
  • Experience managing documentation teams and deployment processes.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
  • Willing to work onsite in Espana Manila and Makati.
  • Can start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end healthcare documentation deployment process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required documentation.
  • Manage the daily operations of the documentation team, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance with established service standards.
  • Review, validate, and monitor documentation for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client requirements and regulatory guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth deployment and onboarding activities.
  • Monitor operational metrics, prepare performance reports, and implement action plans to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, client policies, and company standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and documentation specialists to promote high performance and employee engagement.
  • Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize documentation errors and delays.
  • Support audits, quality assurance initiatives, and process improvement projects.
  • Partner with Workforce Management, Quality Assurance, HR, and Operations teams to ensure successful deployment and service delivery.
