Qualifications

At least a Senior High School or College Graduate (any course)

Experience in data entry, warehouse, or administrative work is an advantage

Knowledgeable in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Able to handle and maintain accurate records and documents

Good communication and coordination skills

Willing to work in a warehouse/logistics environment

Duties And Responsibilities

Encode and update data accurately in SAP/ERP systems.

Organize, file, and maintain warehouse and logistics documents.

Monitor reports and submit discrepancy or damage reports.

Print and verify item labels and coordinate proper labeling with warehouse staff.

Process and track warehouse requests and inventory supplies.

Coordinate with warehouse and other departments for accurate documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and support audit

requirements.

Provide general clerical and administrative support.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
