Role Description The Documentation Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig, supporting the accurate and timely preparation of real estate transaction documents. This role involves organizing and maintaining client files, contracts, and supporting documents, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. The Documentation Assistant will coordinate with brokers, agents, and clients to gather required information, verify details, and update records across physical and digital systems. Daily tasks include data entry, document formatting, basic financial documentation support, and liaising with banks or partner developers for documentation needs. The role also contributes to maintaining orderly filing systems, tracking document status, and providing administrative support to help ensure smooth end-to-end property transactions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational Accounting and Finance skills to support documentation related to payments, statements, and transaction records.
- Candidates should possess Credit Control skills to assist in monitoring client accounts, payment schedules, and basic compliance checks.
- Candidates should possess Petty Cash handling skills to manage and record small disbursements in line with company policies.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate clearly with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document review, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, document management systems) and comfort working with both physical and digital files.
- Previous experience in real estate, finance, or administrative support is an advantage.
