The Qualifications We Seek
- 3-5+ years of experience in US commercial real estate, lease administration, lease abstraction, underwriting, asset management, or CRE analysis
- Hands-on experience using CRE software such as RealPage, Voyager/Yardi, MRI, ARGUS, CoStar, or similar real estate platforms
- Strong understanding of commercial lease structures, rent rolls, financial schedules, and CRE terminology
- Experience reviewing, validating, and interpreting legal and financial real estate documents
- Background working with lease agreements, offering memorandums, rent rolls, underwriting packages, CAM, escalations, reimbursements, options, renewals, and term structures
- High attention to detail with strong analytical, documentation, and data validation skills
- Ability to identify inconsistencies, correct extraction errors, and maintain accurate exception tracking
- Advanced Excel proficiency is preferred
- Background as a Lease Administrator, CRE Analyst, Investment Analyst, Asset Management Analyst, or similar role is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a permanent work-from-home setup on a night shift schedule
Your Daily Tasks
- Audit machine-generated outputs by checking them line by line against source CRE files
- Confirm that monetary values, billing schedules, recoveries, increases, and lease period details are captured correctly
- Review contract language covering extensions, options, cancellation rights, permitted use, and other key obligations
- Compare supporting files such as rent rolls, offering materials, and financial exhibits to ensure aligned information
- Investigate inconsistencies, update incorrect entries, and ensure the final dataset is client-ready
- Document repeated extraction issues and share findings to help improve automation accuracy
- Keep clear validation records, issue logs, and review notes for tracking and quality control
