ECLARO is looking for a Document Management Specialist to assume a variety of duties in support of our US Human Resources department. You will be primarily responsible for processing Timesheets, invoices and other files in our Document Management System as well as maintaining employment records in our HRIS and ensuring compliance with client requirements. This role will be best suited for someone who can be proactive with their tasks. ECLARO's offices are currently closed, and work will be performed remotely at this time. Once the offices reopen, the work location will be Quezon City. You will be required to work on the night shift to support our US team.
Experience Requirements
0-2 years of professional experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
Degree from University is preferred / Bachelor's degree graduate (BS Psychology, AB Human Resource Management or any related courses)
Experience with HRIS or Document Management System preferred

Duties and Responsibilities
Obtain, Manage, and Track employee and contractor Timesheets for payroll and billing purposes
Organize Timesheets and other documents in our Document Management System
Ensure Timesheets are compliant with our process
Data Entry in various systems
Provide support for payroll
Manage ongoing employee questions and concerns
Will be responsible for other administrative tasks and projects as assigned
