Job Description

Role Summary:

This role is needed to ensure the documents and files are sequenced and filed, and to confirm their tracking information in the database files. The incumbent gathers and organizes the output documents in a strategic manner. These are expected to be stored systematically to enable retrieval of information if requested, and safeguard any borrowed file to be returned to appropriate locations until its archival. They will have direct coordination on and with the team and expected to be a reference person among colleagues, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information.

Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and start-up environment
