This position shall be responsible in assisting the document control officer in archiving, handling, safekeeping and recording of land related document.
Key Deliverables
- Assists the Officers in the general conduct of work activities such as checking the accuracy of the files/documents received from other team before endorsing to DC officer
- Maintain and support document control processes for the efficient management and recording all documentations received from other team
- Support the operations associated with the management of documents within the Data Warehousing team
- Ensure that hard copy and electronic record files as required are maintained in good manner and coordinated with the team
- Maintain the record retention and logbook maintenance program
- Performs other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane, or related to, and/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Library Science
- Must have at least two (2) years work related experience
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications
- Must be keen on details and accuracy
- Good knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing
- Demonstrated ability to work with and at management level.
- Should be highly organized and work well
- Must be reliable and attentive to details
