Document Controller & Logistics Coordinator

8.2 Experts Manila, the Philippines office of 8.2 Group, is looking for a Document Controller & Logistics Coordinator to integrate their construction supervision team, undertaking construction supervision for a renowned renewable energy project developer in the Philippines.

8.2 Group is an international renewable energy consultancy, with 30+ years of experience and 40 offices globally, supporting wind and solar projects worldwide.

The selected candidate will support the Owner's Engineering team working for a > 100MW Wind Farmto be constructed in the Rizal Province with document managment and logistics.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 year of experience working in similar roles, specialy in construction supervision.

Prior experience in Wind Farm construction will be valued.

Work will be undertaken from early works until takeover, with a forecasted duration of 18 months.

The Wind Farm is located in challenging terrain, and the role selected Engineer will relocate to the project's area.

Responsibilities:

• Support design documentation review
• Manage technical documentation, registers and version control
• Coordinate logistics, deliveries and on-site material flow
• Interface with contractors, suppliers and the owner's team
• Report the execution of early and construction works, inspections, tests and commissioning
• Report deviations to the agreed design or specifications, planning, H&S risk or other hazards
• Willingness to relocate to site
• Contribute with his diligence and experience to the safe and efficient delivery of the intended works

Qualifications:

• Experience in technical document control and site logistics coordination
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Prior Experience with Wind Farm project construction and commissioning
• Bachelor's degree or superior education
• Very strong interpersonal relationship and teamwork skills
• Strong autonomy and diligence and commitment to the end goal
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
