DMN - Area Manager - Bangalore

SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY

Spearheads corporate relations, business development and growth initiatives for L&T across traditional and emerging businesses. Builds strong relationships with government authorities, customers and industry bodies, enhances corporate brand image, drives new-age business opportunities and promotes employee engagement and capability development in line with L&T values.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop and maintain relationships with Government officials, bureaucrats, customers and industry bodies.

• Drive business development for LT EdTech,L&T Construction Equipment, Heavy Engineering, Special Steel & Heavy Forging.

• Business Development for emerging businesses: EdTech, Green Energy, Sufin, Semiconductor, Data Centers, EPC Power.

• Represent L&T at industry forums and act as Corporate Brand Ambassador.

• Lead employee engagement, training and competency development initiatives.

• Support CSR initiatives, sustainability reporting and statutory compliance.

SECTION IV: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Educational Qualification: BE / BTech; MBA preferred.

Years of Experience: Around 15 years in Sales, Marketing, Corporate Relations or Business Development.

Experience: Government liaison, corporate stakeholder engagement, regional business development and multi-business exposure.
