DME Healthcare Ops Lead | RCM & Patient Intake

iScale Solutions in Makati, Philippines is expanding its DME and U.S. healthcare back-office capabilities. We seek an experienced DME/Healthcare Back Office Operations Manager to lead and develop the team across patient intake, eligibility verification, prior authorization, billing, and revenue cycle management.

The role requires 3–5+ years in U.S. healthcare operations, at least 2 years in leadership, strong knowledge of DME workflows and payer requirements, and proven coaching abilities.
