We are looking for a Division Merchandising Manager to lead our Pets, Sundries, and Health & Beauty Aids (HBA) categories. This role will be responsible for developing category strategies, managing procurement and merchandise planning, optimizing inventory investments, and delivering profitable growth across a diverse portfolio of consumer products.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned buying and merchandising professional who understands fast-moving consumer goods, customer buying behavior, supplier negotiation, and category management.
What You'll Do
Drive Category Growth
- Develop and execute winning merchandising and procurement strategies for Pets, Sundries, and HBA categories.
- Identify emerging consumer trends and new product opportunities that enhance category performance.
- Build category plans that drive sales, margin growth, and market competitiveness.
- Analyze customer demand, market movements, and competitor activities to guide buying decisions.
Lead Supplier & Brand Partnerships
- Negotiate commercial agreements, promotions, rebates, and supply terms with key local and international suppliers.
- Develop strategic relationships with pet care, personal care, beauty, household, healthcare, and lifestyle brands.
- Manage supplier performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive sourcing initiatives that improve profitability while maintaining product quality and availability.
Optimize Merchandise & Inventory
- Ensure the right product assortment is available at the right time and at the right inventory levels.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations teams to improve availability and minimize stock-outs.
- Manage product life cycles, assortment reviews, and seasonal buying plans.

Lead a High-Performing Buying Team
- Manage and develop Senior Buyers, Buyers, and Assistant Buyers.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and commercial excellence.
- Provide coaching and guidance to strengthen category management capabilities across the team.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field
- 8–12 years of experience in Buying, Merchandising, Category Management, or Procurement
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing high-volume retail or distribution categories
- Strong experience handling one or more of the following:
