Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City for the position of Division Merchandise Manager. The manager will be involved in overseeing merchandise planning, supplier negotiations, and managing product assortments to maximize sales and profitability. Responsibilities include analyzing sales performance, forecasting trends, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction by aligning products with market demand. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders are integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Proven expertise in Sales and the ability to drive revenue and meet business targets effectively.
• Experience in Inventory Management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize overstock or out-of-stock situations.
• Proficiency in Assortment Planning to align product offerings with market trends and customer needs.
• Strong analytical abilities and decision-making skills to assess sales performance and forecast market trends.
• Ability to lead teams, coordinate multiple tasks, and manage challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in retail or hardware, electrical, plumbing, tiles and other related merchandise is a plus.
