Job Description

The Division Manager is the senior business leader of Adora, operating at Assistant General Manager level within the division. The role holds full accountability for annual performance—financial, operational, and organizational—and authors the Annual Business Plan from the 3-year numerical and strategic direction set by the GM. This is an ownership role. Finance and HR support Adora as shared services; they prepare, report, and execute in service of the Division Manager's direction. Key Responsibilities include Annual Planning and Business Authorship, Cross Functional Operations Leadership, Financial and P&L Ownership and People Leadership & Org Authority



Qualification
