OVERVIEW
The Division Head, Industrial Food Solutions (IFS), is a key leadership role responsible for driving growth and innovation within the division. This position oversees strategic planning, execution, and performance measurement to ensure alignment with the company's business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Leadership
- Lead Key Account Management for assigned accounts and guide Sales Managers in managing their portfolios.
- Drive account growth by expanding business with existing clients and engaging new accounts.
Business Development
- Lead initiatives in food and food-related ingredients, including project management for new product development.
- Collaborate closely with the IFS Business Development Team and Actron R&D to bring new solutions to market.
- Manage and coordinate with principals and suppliers as part of business development and project execution.
Performance & Client Engagement
- Monitor division performance metrics and ensure achievement of sales and business development targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service aligned with the company's mission, vision, and values.
Team Leadership
- Oversee the performance of all Account Managers within the IFS division.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to ensure team success.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree holder in Sales, Marketing, Business, related course.
- With minimum of 15 years of experience in sales with food/ingredients sector.
- Proven leadership and people management skills; able to inspire and guide teams.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strategic thinker with solid planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Skilled in reporting, analysis, and executing effective sales strategies.
- Highly organized, efficient in time management, and adaptable under pressure.
- Results-driven, success-oriented, and maintains a positive, can-do attitude.
- Flexible and agile, with willingness to travel and spend significant time in the field.
- Passion for food and baking is a plus.
