Entrepreneur in mind and Market at heart, the Division Coordinator is a key role in the Brand Marketing and Communications Division. The role is responsible for documentation, encoding, coordination and management of requirements across the different departments / groups in the division. The job entails a mix of strategic business thinking, creative inclination and keen knowledge of the beauty and wellness category - both global and local.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth and Product Marketing
- Enables the efficient and product workflow across the division by excellent coordination skills that help drive division growth numbers.
- Facilitates schedules, requirements and logistics coordination for programs and campaigns to support the division's targets on cost and deadlines.
- Superb efficiency in real-time encoding and updating of department / group calendars to support division's needs on real-time data pertaining to such.
Brand Equity Promotion and Management
- Acts with great agility to facilitate before-even-asked mindset for coordination needs of the division pertaining to both scheduled and urgent meetings so that brand equity programs don't encounter scheduling conflicts.
- Manages the availability of internal assets and facilities so that programs and campaigns will be mounted as scheduled and within budget.
- In collaboration with BMC groups, crafts a thorough, sharp, and concise quarterly assessment of programs and campaigns coordination needs.
Brand Partnership Management
- Enables the smooth engagement of the division with external partners by facilitating smooth schedules, real-time advisories and pivot action plans.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Collaborates with other BMC Groups to ensure the Division is beautiful and healthy in best-in-class practices and Djvjsjon-Most-Aspjred-To-Work-WjthJFor wjthjn MFG.
- Supports initiatives and plans of the CBMCO (Chief Brand Marketing and Communications Officer) for a beautiful and healthy internal dynamics, Division culture and promotion and securing business for all MFG brands.
Budget and Cost Management
- With business-first as the daily compass, ensures that programs, projects and campaigns are at worst, within budget and within schedule.
- Monitors, evaluates and recommends future action plans on cost-efficiency of mounted programs, projects and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Open for Fresh Graduates.
- For candidates with experience, must be at least 2 years solid experience in a similar role from either Media, Media Agency, Creative Agency, Marketing Agency, FMCG, Telco, FinTech, Retail or Production House.
- Is willing to work onsite for all weekdays.
- Great social skills and personality management in dealing with different types of people across all job levels.
- Great command of the English language - both verbal and written.
- Keen attention to details and mastery of calendar and scheduling applications.
