Job Description

Job Summary:

The position is responsible for managing the engineering portfolio, oversee the underwriting team, ensuring that they understand expectations and delivery timelines in taking acceptable risk or business for driving profitability within the company.

What you'll do:

· Coordinates and handles all communication for proper dissemination within the Division.

· Assisting both local and international meetings/conferences/concerns/queries

· Handles both local and international appointments from Reinsurers, Brokers, Insurance Companies and other foreign companies.

· Handles the appointments for international

· Handles travel/hotel bookings for international trips and conferences

· Handles all travel documentations (Passport, and Visa applications)

· Handles/Prepares all the needed travel checklists -Travel Memo; Cash Advances, Tickets, and confirmed appointments.

· Handles all travel reimbursements/liquidations

· TSRG Visitation Weekly Report

· Handles/close coordination with the IC Reinsurance Division for the submission of the reinsurance documents (FPAs, and any needed statistics for submission).

· Handles/close coordination with the IC Regulations, Enforcement and Prosecution Division for the approval of Unit's Policy Wordings and Specimen.

· Handles/Assisted query/follow-up with our Claims Division on the pending claims with the IC Public Assistance and Mediation Division (PAMD) and Claims Adjudication Division (CAD).

· Handles query from our Finance Unit pertaining to our License updates with the IC Financial Examination Division.

· Handles/Assisted query with our Sales Team for any statistics, Data Key Indicators and Annual Reports with the IC Administrative Division, and Information Technology Division

· Handles/close coordination with the IC Licensing Division for the Company Certificate of Authority (Company License); Underwriter's Certificate of Authority and Certificate of Registration of our various Resident Agents.

· Maintains good rapport with the OCOM/Office of the Commissioner.

What you need to have:

· Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.

· More than 1-2 years of relevant work experience

· High Proficiency in Microsoft Office specially in MS EXCEL

· Ability to analyze processes information, identify problems and develop effective solutions and strategies

· Time Management and Organizational skills

· Effective verbal and written communication is ADVANTAGE

· Strong analytical, creativity skills and interpersonal capabilities

· Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
