Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Quezon City for a District Sales Manager focusing on the South Luzon area. The District Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, and manage a team of sales representatives. Key day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, identifying opportunities for business growth, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring adherence to company policies and ethical marketing practices. The District Sales Manager will also conduct training sessions to enhance the effectiveness and productivity of the sales team.

Qualifications
  • Sales expertise, including experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, market analysis, and identifying new opportunities for growth
  • Strong leadership abilities, with skills in team management, training, and mentorship
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in ethical marketing and promotions
  • Proven track record in improving operational efficiency and sales performance
  • Comfortable with travel within the South Luzon area to manage and support sales efforts
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in sales within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office
