Role Description The District Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in North/ Central Luzon, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. This role oversees sales activities within the assigned territory, including managing relationships with healthcare institutions, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting IVD solutions to key decision-makers. Daily responsibilities include visiting customers, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, monitoring sales performance, and preparing forecasts and reports. The District Sales Manager collaborates closely with internal teams to support product delivery, technical support, and after-sales service, while ensuring that customer needs are responded to promptly and professionally. The role also involves market analysis, participation in industry events, and implementation of sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare-related products.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals and institutional buyers.
- Solid business development capabilities, including territory planning, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and address customer challenges.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a hybrid work arrangement (field-based and work-from-home).
- Familiarity with basic office and productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM systems).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned district and occasionally to other locations for meetings, trainings, or events.
