Primarily responsible for developing medical representatives, managing the program objectives, identifying program concerns and needs and maintaining company standards.
Conduct regular schedule of individual field visits, coaching and written communications.
Surpass the sales target in each territory through efficient planning.
Guides the medical representatives in the attainment of the programs objectives and maintains a high degree of morale and sense of accomplishment within the group.
Qualifications
With at least 2 years of Supervisory experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
