Job Description

  • Primarily responsible for developing medical representatives, managing the program objectives, identifying program concerns and needs and maintaining company standards.
  • Conduct regular schedule of individual field visits, coaching and written communications.
  • Surpass the sales target in each territory through efficient planning.
  • Guides the medical representatives in the attainment of the programs objectives and maintains a high degree of morale and sense of accomplishment within the group.

Qualifications

  • With at least 2 years of Supervisory experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Soft Skills: Coaching People Management Team player Excellent communication & interpersonal
  • Technical Skills: Selling - proficient (3-5 years) Presentation Skills - proficient Sales Analysis
  • Tools Excel Pivot - Proficient Powerpoint - Proficient
  • Willingness to travel
