Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Legaspi, allowing for a combination of in-office work and remote tasks. As a District Sales Manager, you will oversee and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your role will include developing and implementing sales strategies, supervising daily sales operations, conducting performance evaluations, and collaborating with other teams to align sales goals with company objectives. Additionally, you will provide ongoing training and coaching for your team, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales and Business Development
  • Strong Leadership and Team Management abilities
  • Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Goal Setting
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to relocate to or work in Legaspi, with the flexibility for hybrid work arrangement
