Job Title: District Manager (Pharmaceutical)
Location: Philippines (Field-Based / Out-based)
We are currently hiring for two (2) District Manager roles:
- DM1: Central & East Manila, Bicol
- DM2: East Central GMA, South Luzon, Bicol/Palawan
Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and experienced District Manager to lead a pharmaceutical sales team and ensure strong execution of sales and marketing strategies within the assigned territory. This role plays a key part in achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, and driving overall district performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Achievement & Revenue Growth
- Execute strategic plans to achieve district sales targets
- Monitor product performance and implement actions to sustain growth
- Ensure strong product movement and inventory management across key accounts
Territory Business Management
- Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Maintain and update target Medical Doctors (MDs) master list
- Ensure timely execution of marketing programs
- Address customer concerns in a professional and compliant manner
- Coordinate with HR to ensure minimal team vacancies
- Manage operational expenses and company assets effectively
- Prepare and submit required reports on time
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop Medical Representatives (MRs)
- Drive team performance and accountability
- Uphold company values, integrity, and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a District Manager role within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business tools
- Willing to do extensive fieldwork and travel across assigned territories
- Flexible and open to assignment anywhere in the Philippines based on business needs
