Role Description

Fresenius Kabi is seeking a full-time District Manager for its on-site location in Cebu. This role involves leading, managing, and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve business goals within the assigned district. The District Manager will monitor market trends, identify business opportunities, and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities also include delivering excellent customer service, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines. The role requires regular analysis of sales data, performance tracking, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Leadership, Team Management, and Coaching abilities
  • Data Analysis, Reporting, and Decision-Making skills
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and foster client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
