Role Description The District Head–Taguig City is a part-time leadership role responsible for overseeing district operations, sales activities, and customer relationships within Taguig and nearby areas. This hybrid role requires a regular presence on-site in Taguig for team coordination, client meetings, and operational oversight, while allowing some work-from-home flexibility for planning, reporting, and virtual collaboration. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales performance, supporting the rollout of electric Jeepney units, coordinating with service and technical teams, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The District Head will analyze market opportunities, maintain relationships with local stakeholders, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role also involves preparing reports, updating management on district performance, and contributing to initiatives that support the company's transition to electric vehicles.
Qualifications
- Experience in district or area management, operations oversight, or branch supervision, ideally within automotive, transport, or related industries.
- Strong skills in sales coordination, customer relationship management, and stakeholder engagement within a local market.
- Ability to plan, organize, and monitor day-to-day activities, including performance tracking, reporting, and resource allocation.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including on-site presence in Taguig and remote work using digital tools for communication and documentation.
- Interest in or familiarity with electric vehicles, sustainable transport, or modernization of public transportation systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on collaboration and service quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Ability to work part-time with a flexible schedule based on operational and client needs in the Taguig area.
