Distributor Sales - Central Visayas
The Distributor Sales is responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales targets, profitability, and distributor performance within the designated area. They develop and execute distributor sales processes, strategies, and trade programs to meet volume plans. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive business reviews and training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring achievement of sales targets, profitability, and distributor performance.
- Responsible for planning and execution of area initiatives.
- Develops and executes distributor sales processes, account and area and channel specific strategies and trade programs to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual volume plan.
- Ensures achievement of product availability and visibility based on RPS standards set.
- Utilizes data from the Distributor Team in developing the areas monthly, quarterly and annual volume forecast by SKU and by category.
- Drives the quarterly business reviews and the monthly S&OP meetings with the distributor's management team
- Conducts fieldworks and on the job training/learning sessions for distributor sales personnel, documents on the job learning and reviews performance, identifies performance gaps, and formulates training programs
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any 4-year course.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a distribution or sales executive role, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Good negotiation skills and people management abilities
- Demonstrated leadership with a growth mindset.
- Candidate willing to be assigned in Cebu and willing to travel in Bohol.
