A Distributor Partner Systems Engineer operates as a technical bridge between global tech vendors (such as Cisco), channel partners, resellers, and end-customers in the Philippines. They provide essential pre-sales and post-sales technical support.

Core Responsibilities

• Technical Enablement: Training partner sales teams and resellers on advanced IT solutions, certifications, and product offerings.
• Solution Design: Collaborating with channel partners to architect, design, and configure tailored enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and data center solutions.
• Sales Support: Assisting partners in customer meetings, conducting technical presentations, and participating in proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations.
• Post-Sales Assistance: Helping system integrators and resellers with deployment troubleshooting, warranty claims, and managed services.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of related pre-sales or engineering experience.

Certifications: Vendor-specific accreditations (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP) are highly prioritized.

Skills: Strong communication, solution architecture, and ability to negotiate technical requirements with multiple stakeholders.
