Job Description - Consumer Distribution Sales Manager (for Urgent Hiring)
Role Summary
The Consumer Distribution Sales Manager leads Navco's broad retail and dealer coverage for consumer brands. This role is responsible for growing sales through regional dealers, independent retailers, IT stores, mobile stores, electronics shops, sports/outdoor stores, lifestyle stores, and other consumer channels across the Philippines.
This role is the backbone of national distribution. The goal is to make Navco brands available, visible, and actively sold in the right stores nationwide.
Main Responsibilities
- Grow consumer distribution sales across assigned brands and channels.
- Expand dealer coverage in Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
- Build and manage a national dealer universe.
- Segment accounts by type, size, location, growth potential, and strategic importance.
- Open new accounts in underpenetrated cities and regions.
- Improve productivity of existing accounts through better assortment, replenishment, training, merchandising, and sell-out programs.
- Ensure the right product mix is offered to the right dealer type.
- Coordinate with brand teams on launches, promos, product training, and channel programs.
- Coordinate with supply chain and finance to manage inventory availability, credit limits, collections, and account risk.
- Monitor sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, aging inventory, and account health.
- Lead field sales representatives or regional sales officers.
- Ensure regular store visits, account reviews, and dealer development plans.
- Work with Sales Operations to maintain accurate account records, sales reports, and coverage plans.
- Prevent channel conflict by following clear pricing, promo, and account assignment rules.
- Build strong relationships with dealer owners, buyers, store managers, and sales staff.

Qualifications
- At least 7 to 10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 to 5 years managing distribution or regional sales.
- Experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, telecom, appliances, sports/outdoor, IT, mobile, retail, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine retail and dealer channels.
- Experience handling regional dealers and independent retailers.
- Strong account development and relationship management skills.
- Can manage field teams and enforce sales discipline.
- Good understanding of product assortment, replenishment, merchandising, and sell-out.
- Comfortable reading sales reports and using data to guide action.
- Willing to travel frequently nationwide.
- High ownership, high energy, and strong follow-through.
