The Distribution Engagement and Communications Manager plays a pivotal role in driving strategic communication and engagement initiatives across all distribution channels, including Bancassurance, Agency Sales, and internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for crafting and executing targeted communication strategies that support the adoption of key sales enablers, campaign rollouts, and operational updates.
Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Customer Experience, and Sales Management, the manager develops compelling content, scripts, and presentations tailored to various audiences. The role also supports the timely execution of sales campaigns, ensures alignment with compliance standards, and supports the planning and delivery of both large-scale and intimate engagement events.
With a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration, performance reporting, and insight generation, this role is essential in enhancing distributor engagement, driving sales effectiveness, and supporting the company's growth objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Distribution Communication Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote understanding and adoption of key sales enablers and other critical initiatives across all distribution channels
- Design tailored, creative and channel-specific content (eg. Targeted email campaigns, Viber/SMS updates, videos, newsletters, quick reference guides) in collaboration with Marketing.
- Stakeholder Relationship & Distribution Scripting & Presentation Support
- Maintain strong, proactive relationships with Agency Leaders, EWB Bankers and Banca Sales Leaders.
- Partner with Customer Experience, Customer Interaction, Distribution Support and Sales Management teams to develop clear, compelling scripts and presentations for communications targeting distributors and sales leaders.
- Sales Campaign Management
- Ensure the timely and accurate launch and updating of Banca and Agency sales campaigns according to pre-defined schedules and SLAs.
- Proactively monitor campaign progress, seek support to troubleshoot delays and inaccurate source data, and ensure strict adherence to approved guidelines and compliance standards.
- Distribution Engagement & Event Execution
- Plan and execute smaller engagement events for distribution channels (e.g. Leaders planning sessions, and partner engagement events.)
- Collaborate and support with the Marketing team on the execution of larger-scale channel events.
- Reporting & Insights
- Compile, analyze and present regular update reports to the leadership team of CDMO, highlighting campaign performance, engagement metrics, key insights including from the sales teams and recommendations.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year- course
- Minimum of 5 years industry experience in Insurance Distribution Communications.
- At least 2-5 years experience in Distribution Engagement or similar capacity.
- Ability to work well with people of all levels within the organization including the sales team and partners.
- High degree of professionalism and good business etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional writing, editing and presentation skills.
