What You Bring
This role requires direct hands-on ownership of distributor networks and channel development initiatives. Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on project-based sales environments without distributor management responsibility may not meet the core requirements of this position.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in distribution channel management
- Proven experience owning distributor networks end-to-end, including distributor onboarding, relationship management, and channel performance development
- Demonstrated experience driving sales growth through distributor or partner-led business models
- Experience working with international or multi-market distribution environments
- Proven ability to build, develop, and scale distributor relationships across multiple markets
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue growth through channel partnerships
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder influence skills
- Strong analytical capability to evaluate distributor performance and market opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Your Impact and Daily Tasks
- Develop and implement a Sales & Marketing Strategy and tactical plans to achieve revenue targets and improve market share
- Develop a high-performing sales team in the distribution network through joint visits to customers and market research
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and OEM partners to drive sales growth
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales effectiveness
- Define and implement a Marketing Plan to identify and develop new prospects, improve market coverage, and retain existing customers
- Establish or adopt best practices for monitoring sales and marketing activity and act with agility to use data efficiently
- Provide sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Collaborate with the Technical & Service Group to ensure alignment and consistent focus on exceptional customer experience
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Stay current with market trends and competitor activity to inform required adjustments to the Sales & Marketing Strategy
- Embrace best practices communicated by the Channel Development team
- Represent the business and brand at industry events, trade shows, and other forums in a confident and professional manner
Deliverables:
- Develop and implement Strategic Sales & Business Plans for assigned countries (Taiwan, Vietnam, Singapore)
- Achieve sales targets for assigned countries
- Design and deploy local lead generation to drive market share growth and improve marketing effectiveness
- Drive consistent aftermarket growth through customer retention measures
- Ensure good pricing and discounting discipline to maximize profit
- Conduct regular analysis of sales data and provide timely reporting to senior management
