Distribution Center (DC) / Warehouse Supervisor
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and visibility in every delivery. We're looking for a detail-driven supervisor to manage end-to-end POD processes and strengthen delivery accountability across our distribution network
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end POD (proof of delivery) processing—ensure timely collection, validation, and system posting of delivery documents with zero backlog
- Drive delivery accuracy and compliance by investigating discrepancies (missing PODs, damages, returns) and enforcing control measures
- Lead POD team operations—assign workloads, monitor KPIs (POD turnaround time, completeness, error rate), and coach for high performance
- Strengthen coordination with transport and stores to resolve delivery issues quickly and ensure complete proof of transactions
- Optimize POD tracking systems and reporting to improve visibility, audit readiness, and process efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in distribution/warehouse operations, with exposure to delivery or documentation control
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience using WMS, TMS, or POD tracking systems is an advantage
