og• Drive delivery accuracy and compliance by investigating discrepancies (missing PODs, damages, returns) and enforcing control measur

es• Lead POD team operations—assign workloads, monitor KPIs (POD turnaround time, completeness, error rate), and coach for high performan

ce• Strengthen coordination with transport and stores to resolve delivery issues quickly and ensure complete proof of transactio

ns• Optimize POD tracking systems and reporting to improve visibility, audit readiness, and process efficien

Qualificatio

ns:• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related fi

eld• 3–5 years experience in distribution/warehouse operations, with exposure to delivery or documentation cont

rol• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ski

lls• Experience using WMS, TMS, or POD tracking systems is an advant
