Distribution Center Manager

Job Summary

Lead the efficient operation of our Distribution Center by ensuring seamless inventory flow, timely order fulfillment, and optimized warehouse performance. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, inventory accuracy, and team effectiveness while supporting business growth and customer service objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all distribution center operations, including receiving, storage, replenishment, order fulfillment, loading, and dispatch activities.
• Drive inventory accuracy through effective inventory control practices, cycle counting programs, and resolution of stock variances.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and implement initiatives that improve productivity, service levels, and overall warehouse efficiency.
• Manage warehouse resources, budgets, manpower, equipment, and space utilization to achieve cost and productivity targets.
• Lead, develop, and inspire warehouse teams by fostering accountability, continuous improvement, safety, and collaboration across stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

• Strong background in distribution center, warehouse, or supply chain operations within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading large teams and managing day-to-day warehouse operations with a focus on performance and service excellence.
• Demonstrated success in driving process improvements, productivity gains, and operational cost efficiencies.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory management tools, and operational performance reporting.
