Your Role
Job Description
- Review Chargeback Reimbursement Claims: Examine chargeback reimbursement claims submitted by Riskified clients and make informed decisions regarding their acceptance, rejection, or the need for additional information.
- Refer to Handbook Guide: Utilize a comprehensive handbook guide containing criteria and exceptions lists to assist in the decision-making process.
- Timely Decision-Making: Ensure that decisions on most cases are made quickly, maintaining efficiency and a good sense of urgency.
- Escalation of Issues: Identify and escalate any issues that may indicate larger operational problems, contributing to a proactive approach to risk management.
- Dispute Filing: Take responsibility for filing disputes on behalf of Riskified clients, actively assisting them in their efforts to combat fraudsters and abusers.
- Generate Compelling Evidence: Create compelling Evidence PDF files from the Riskified system and upload them to various banks and financial institutes websites or portals.
- Update Dispute Results: Regularly search banks and financial institutes websites to collect and update dispute results in the Riskified system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
