This is a long-term relationship role, not transactional telemarketing. You will serve as our primary voice to active residential builders, developers, and top listing agents, building repeatable buyer channels for off-market inventory.

We are seeking experienced real estate disposition specialists who understand deal mechanics, possess a strong sales appetite, and have the financial stability to navigate the initial 30-day setup window required to close their first deal in exchange for direct, deal-by-deal profit share.

Responsibilities

• Building and cultivating buy-side relationships with active custom builders, land developers, and top listing agents
• Executing 20 high-value buyer touchpoints daily via direct phone calls and targeted follow-up
• Maintaining structured buyer criteria and purchasing profiles in our designated CRM
• Presenting off-market inventory and closing buy-side assignment contracts

We lock up off-market residential lots at a discount and assign them to builders. When a deal trades, we capture the spread.
