Dispatching & Distribution Supervisor

Location: Pasig City

Salary: ₱30,000–₱35,000/month

Schedule: 6 Days/Week | Shifting Schedule | Holiday Schedules

Work Setup: On-site

Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Experience: 3–5 years supervisory experience in logistics, fleet management, or cold-chain distribution

Applicants Should Have

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or a related field
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in logistics, fleet management, or cold-chain distribution
• Preferably with experience in the food industry
• Strong knowledge of route planning and optimization
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance and cold-chain regulations
• Understanding of food safety transport requirements
• Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) management
• Strong crisis management and problem-solving skills during transit
• Experience in delivery reporting and asset tracking
• Strong supervisory, leadership, and organizational skills
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the prompt, safe, and cost-effective dispatch of finished goods to customers
• Manage delivery schedules and optimize routes
• Monitor transportation costs and ensure cost targets are met
• Ensure compliance with cold-chain transport temperature requirements and the company's quality management system
• Coordinate with transport providers and 3PL partners
• Monitor fleet and delivery operations
• Handle and resolve delivery issues and emergencies during transit
• Maintain accurate delivery reports and asset-tracking records
• Supervise dispatching and distribution operations
