The Dispatcher is responsible for achieving higher collection as the end result of operations. This role involves suggesting innovations and maintaining harmonious relationships with colleagues. The Dispatcher also ensures the efficient and timely scheduling, routing, and dispatching of buses from the station. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth bus departures, adherence to schedules, and effective communication with bus drivers to maintain optimal transport service flow.
- Assigned to Client (Malolos PGT Terminal)
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday with one day off per week (schedule may vary)
- Time: 4:00am - 12:30pm & 12nn - 8:00pm
Requirements
- At least a high school graduate; college level or college graduate preferred
- With or without work experience
- Strong mathematical skills for computing fees and calculating change
- Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash accurately
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
