Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Shipment Coordination: Arranging and tracking deliveries, preparing shipping documents (e.g., invoices, waybills, customs forms), and communicating with carriers and vendors.
  • Inspecting incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies, signing delivery notes, and organizing products in storage areas.
  • Ensuring the warehouse or shipping center remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
  • Receiving incoming shipments and preparing outgoing shipments.
  • Developing and communicating shipment schedules.
  • Liaising with vendors and carrier services to coordinate logistics and timelines.
  • Assisting customers and resolving shipment issues and complaints.
  • Preparing and maintaining shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases.
  • Performing additional duties as needed.

Logistics Associate Requirements

  • College or High school diploma or at two (2) years of experience in logistics management or a related role.
  • Supply Chain Management or Logistics preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
