Shipment Coordination: Arranging and tracking deliveries, preparing shipping documents (e.g., invoices, waybills, customs forms), and communicating with carriers and vendors.
Inspecting incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies, signing delivery notes, and organizing products in storage areas.
Ensuring the warehouse or shipping center remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
Receiving incoming shipments and preparing outgoing shipments.
Developing and communicating shipment schedules.
Liaising with vendors and carrier services to coordinate logistics and timelines.
Assisting customers and resolving shipment issues and complaints.
Preparing and maintaining shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases.
Performing additional duties as needed.
Logistics Associate Requirements
College or High school diploma or at two (2) years of experience in logistics management or a related role.
